Miscellaneous Information
- Team packets will be available Saturday morning at the clerk’s tent. Coaches can scratch athletes at the starting line or at their field event, but no substitutions will be made the day of the meet.
- The track will be open all week for practice. If you want to have your team work out that week please contact JJ Iagulli info@beachruninvitational.com (843) 236-7996 if you want to practice.
- On Saturday, warm-ups will be allowed on the track until 9:45. After 9:45 a.m. all warm-ups should be done in the field adjacent to the track. During the course of the meet, only those athletes called to their events will be allowed on the infield or track.
- Only personal IPods or MP3’s will be allowed in the stadium, no boom boxes. No electronic devices on the infield
- Tents should be placed along the stadium fence.
- Multi-color meet T-shirts will be sold for $15. Coaches please let athletes and traveling fans know that there will be
- t-shirts for sale.
